Postdoctoral Research Positions – UNSW-ANU-GFDL ARC Discovery Project

The UNSW-ANU-GFDL ARC Discovery Project offers two postdoctoral research positions focused on understanding warm water intrusions onto the Antarctic continental shelf.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct advanced research in physical oceanography, climate science, or geophysical fluid dynamics
- Collaborate with the project team comprising renowned experts in the field including Prof. Matthew England and Dr Stephen Griffies
Successful candidates will be based at either the University of New South Wales in Sydney or the Australian National University in Canberra, initially for a period of two years with potential extension into a third year.
Required QualificationsA PhD in a relevant field, strong research background, and excellent communication skills are mandatory requirements.
