Site Management Position

About this role:

We are seeking a site management professional to oversee projects from Yanchep to Mandurah. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining compliance with legal requirements, and collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the construction project progresses as planned.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling work, allocating resources, and establishing quality control procedures.
  • Analyse data related to health, safety, environment, and quality performance of construction sites.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, address concerns and issues, and resolve conflicts.
  • Lead teams by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • A minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • A valid WA drivers licence.
  • Cert IV in Civil Construction (or working towards).
  • A White Card/Construction Card.
  • A supervisory qualification (or working towards).
