Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and driven leader to oversee large scale subdivision works from start to finish.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating plant and labor, managing subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

You will work closely with project managers and engineers to plan ahead, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong communication across the team and with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee employees, subcontractors, and laborers.
  • Ability to manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of occupational health and safety methods.
  • Complete reporting on site records.
About You
  • 3+ years of experience working in civil construction.
  • Experience working on local subdivision and land development projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites throughout Perth.
