Job Opportunity

As a seasoned Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will play a pivotal role in leading our workshop team. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and motivate a team of technicians to deliver high-quality results.
  • Establish and maintain a safety-first culture within the department.
  • Communicate effectively with technical support staff to coordinate diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work.
  • Manage work schedules and daily activities to optimize equipment utilization and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding machine performance, product quality, and warranty issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Australian (or recognized) heavy diesel or mobile plant trade qualifications are essential.
  • Earthmoving equipment experience is a must.
  • Leadership experience in a comparable industry is highly desirable.
  • A strong commitment to HCA Safety Culture is vital.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
  • The ability to navigate complex technical issues and deliver high-quality outcomes is crucial.
