Residential Aged Care Facility Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to support the Commissioning of a brand new residential aged care facility.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures, building on the existing clinical team, and working closely with senior management to provide excellent clinical care.
A rare opportunity has become available for an individual with extensive experience in residential aged care management to lead the Commissioning of a state-of-the-art 5-star facility in Brisbane. This is an exceptional career advancement opportunity.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Residential Manager.
- Commissioning experience will be highly regarded.
- Valid National Police Check.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities.
- Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Accreditation Standards.
- This is a full-time permanent position, Monday - Friday.
