Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee our diverse Food & Beverage outlets. This full-time role reports directly to the F&B Director and involves leading our team to ensure outstanding service, optimizing revenue, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service by ensuring all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and respect.
  • Collaborate with outlet managers to coordinate event requirements and service delivery.
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure all duties are performed efficiently during service periods.
  • Adhere to established cashiering protocols to maintain financial integrity.
  • Prepare outlets for service in a timely manner, including table and buffet setups.
  • Monitor financial performance, focusing on labor costs and beverage expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Foster a proactive work environment by leading through example and encouraging team engagement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with Argentinian cuisine is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.
  • Possession of current RSA & RMLV certifications.
  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Experience with Micros systems is advantageous.

All candidates must be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance.
