This supervisory position is a hands-on leadership role, focused on enhancing guest satisfaction through efficient service and exceptional delivery standards. You will lead and support F&B Attendants in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that our venues are well-prepared and organized to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee team members and assist in their training and development to enhance service quality.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Deliver a professional and hospitable experience to all guests, ensuring timely and effective service.
- Establish daily performance goals for team members and monitor service efficiency.
- Provide recommendations to management to optimize revenue and control costs in line with budgetary goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol.
- Ability to engage with a diverse clientele effectively.
