Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to lead our local team and drive success in the day-to-day operations of our site.

About This Role

This is a mid-senior level role that requires strong leadership, management and communication skills. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, assets and resources to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality services to our clients.

You will work closely with the Regional Manager to monitor and track performance, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps. You will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities and ensuring compliance with relevant legislations and policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, employers and community networks
  • Ensure achievement of performance targets through excellent customer service and delivery of high-quality employment services
  • Monitor and report on financial expenditure, compliance and quality assurance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven ability to manage and develop staff using your knowledge of management and HR principles and practices
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, liaise and consult with a wide range of stakeholders
  • The ability to use your knowledge of the local labour market to establish and maintain networks in the local community
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to undertake a satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children Check as a pre-condition of employment
