Senior Regional Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organisation as a Senior Regional Operations Leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic operations across their region, guiding a team of managers in quality service delivery and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational oversight and leadership across multiple regions and sites
  • Lead and empower a team of Area Managers to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within a participant-focused service delivery model
  • Leverage systems and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site, and area performance and quality metrics
  • Facilitate training and development to ensure the provision of high-quality person-centred services
  • Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, disability services, employers, and community organisations
  • Achieve performance and quality KPIs

About You:

  • Leadership and management experience in employment services, disability services, or a related human services field
  • Proven experience managing teams and programs, with strong people leadership and coaching capability
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex programs and stakeholder expectations
  • Understanding of disability inclusion and employment sector reforms
  • Commercially astute with experience using data-driven insights to optimise performance
  • Relationship management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels
