Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a 4-6 week contract. The successful candidate will assist the AP team in managing Australian payables, matching invoices, and navigating customized processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process accounts payable transactions
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes
  • Process payments and reconciliations
  • Navigate and implement customised processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Previous experience in accounts payable or finance administration
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
