Area Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on leader to oversee an indoor glasshouse space and take ownership of their area at our Melbourne-based horticulture nursery.
This role involves supervising a small team of up to four casual staff and reporting directly to the Production Manager. If you have experience leading a small team, enjoy working in a diverse environment, and are physically fit, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead the team to work efficiently and effectively while following safety procedures.
- Follow daily job lists and ensure your area is clean and tidy.
- Pick stock to standard and perform chemical sprays when required after training.
- More responsibilities include lifting weight regularly throughout the day.
- Full training provided
