Job Description:

This is a full-time position located in the beautiful Craigieburn Area, where you will be working with a stunningly well-resourced centre. As a passionate leader, you have the experience to support a newly built service and are looking for a challenging opportunity to grow your career.

The successful candidate will be recognised and rewarded for their dedication and hard work. You will be supported by a highly experienced area manager who will collaborate ideas with you on a daily basis. In addition, incredible support systems are in place to help you throughout the day, including a full-time assistant director who will work together with you on daily responsibilities.

For your commitment, you will be REWARDED with a generous salary and a monthly RDO with extra incentives. This is an opportunity not to be missed

Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring and team management
  • Sound understanding of the Early Learning Years Framework
  • Sound understanding of service compliance
  • Experience in staff rostering
  • Qikkids software or similar
  • Strong understanding and experience in performance management
  • Experience in financial reporting and budgeting
  • Building a positive partnership with families

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised)
  • At least 2-3 years full-time experience as a centre director capacity or higher in a medium size service
  • Current WWCC or VIT
  • Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
  • High Level of written and verbal communication
  • Full working rights in Australia
