We offer a competitive salary of AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

As a Leadership Learning Delivery Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the future of leadership at Suncorp Group. You will be responsible for delivering impactful leadership programs and building capability across the organization.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to design, deliver, and continuously improve programs that align with Suncorp's leadership strategy. This role requires a skilled facilitator and program manager who is passionate about leadership development and creating meaningful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs align with Suncorp's strategy, managing schedules, communications, and reporting metrics.
  • Design and Deliver engaging and professional leadership learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and a variety of instructional techniques.
  • Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance participation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on the development of Suncorp's leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends in leadership capability.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent (desired).
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development and facilitating virtual and in-person learning programs.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy.
