Training Program Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Hudson as a Training Program Development Manager, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of our training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training program development and implementation, with experience in leading teams and managing projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing training content that is engaging, relevant, and aligned with our organisational goals. They will also work closely with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop solutions to meet specific needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive training approaches that align with organisational outcomes
- Use the ADDIE model framework to plan, design, deliver and review training programs
- Ensure training content is relevant, engaging and incorporates best practices in adult learning and organisational development
- Regularly review and update training materials to reflect organisational changes and evolving best practices
- Work closely with project teams and subject matter experts to conduct training needs assessments and develop training solutions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment or similar professional qualification
- Demonstrated experience in leading the development and successful implementation of training programs for IT Transformation Programs
- Experience in change management within a government or public sector environment
- Knowledge and experience in developing plans based on recommendations and requirements, providing necessary guidance to the project
- Expertise in training delivery (e.g., Train the Trainer, hybrid models) and evaluation for successful outcomes
