Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive training approaches that align with organisational outcomes
  • Use the ADDIE model framework to plan, design, deliver and review training programs
  • Ensure training content is relevant, engaging and incorporates best practices in adult learning and organisational development
  • Regularly review and update training materials to reflect organisational changes and evolving best practices
  • Work closely with project teams and subject matter experts to conduct training needs assessments and develop training solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment or similar professional qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in leading the development and successful implementation of training programs for IT Transformation Programs
  • Experience in change management within a government or public sector environment
  • Knowledge and experience in developing plans based on recommendations and requirements, providing necessary guidance to the project
  • Expertise in training delivery (e.g., Train the Trainer, hybrid models) and evaluation for successful outcomes
