Specialist Mental Health Practitioner

The role of the Expert Mental Health Practitioner is to provide specialist mental health services to children and young people in out-of-home care. This involves undertaking clinical services through evidence-based assessment, therapies, and case management.
The successful applicant will possess a specialist tertiary graduate or postgraduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification, or equivalent experience. They will be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse and have current Working with Children Registration.
