Job Title: Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to consumers.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social worker to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, utilizing your expertise to promote community awareness and provide specialist assessments and treatments to consumers with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality care to consumers based on best practice principles and within a collaborative framework.
  • Provide specialist assessments and treatments to consumers with mental health needs.
  • Promote community awareness of mental health issues and act as a consultant to other agencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification or program of study approved by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Eligible for membership with the AASW.
  • Registration/licences that are essential requirements of this role must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role.
