We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Facilitator to join our team at McLean Care Ltd.

Key Responsibilities- Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address training needs.

- Essential Requirements: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, demonstrated clinical knowledge, understanding of the ageing process with comprehensive clinical knowledge, knowledge and understanding of the accreditation standards, and a mature outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older people.
- Desirable Qualifications: Experience in aged care, experience in nursing education, understanding of aged care and associated legislation, and experience in supervising and leading staff.
