Job Description
  • You will provide clinical leadership and guidance to our ENs and Care Service Employees, ensuring optimal service delivery and resident outcomes.
  • You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You must be a current AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse with proven experience in aged-related health issues.
  • You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as an empathetic outlook and ability to relate to older people.
  • A collaborative leadership style and proven experience leading staff are essential.
