Leasing Manager

About the Role
The Leasing Manager is responsible for driving business growth through strategic leasing initiatives, developing best practices in leasing standards, and successfully negotiating lease contracts. As part of this role, the Leasing Manager must embed T2's environmental and social ambitions and values into daily tasks and activities, and reflect them in annual goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Negotiate lease contracts to optimize occupancy costs and drive EBIT growth
- Approve monthly rent invoices to ensure consistency with leases and enable timely payment of lease rentals
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks in lease contracts
- Develop and present new store proposals for board approval, including financial analysis
- Manage rental abatements and incentives
