Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Lease Transaction Manager to join our team at Cbre. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing and administering lease agreements, ensuring compliance with lease terms, and providing support to our property management team.

About the Role

  • Prepare all lease-related documentation, including lease proposals, lease approvals, and leasing instructions.
  • Review lease negotiations from external solicitors and obtain relevant landlord approvals.
  • Report and audit on document status, ensuring all negotiations comply with relevant legislation.
  • Work closely with the CBRE Property Management team, Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless lease administration.

About You

  • Previous experience in retail lease administration, property law, or a paralegal role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant retail lease legislation for each state.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized, with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
