Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our Compliance Section within the Community Sustainability Directorate at Gympie Regional Council. As an Officer Administration Compliance, you will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the effective implementation and achievement of the Branch Business Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the Compliance Section, including managing multiple workflows and inboxes.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the Compliance Section, responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and timely records and data across all sections of the Compliance Section.
- Prepare and reconcile financial information via council's online requisitioning system.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and project support.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an understanding of confidentiality.
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- Queensland 'C' Class driver's licence.
