Job Summary:

As an Officer Administration Compliance, you will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the effective implementation and achievement of the Branch Business Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the Compliance Section, including managing multiple workflows and inboxes.
  • Contribute to the daily operations of the Compliance Section, responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and data across all sections of the Compliance Section.
  • Prepare and reconcile financial information via council's online requisitioning system.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and project support.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an understanding of confidentiality.
  • Well-developed customer service skills.
  • Queensland 'C' Class driver's licence.
