About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our teams in providing outstanding service and quality food to our customers. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading by example, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in the fast food industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
