As a Sales Professional at Prouds Jewellers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences while achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create professional and personalised service for customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
* Achieve set sales targets and KPIs
* Complete in-house training to keep up to date with product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures
* Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping
