Salary and Benefits

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals who can provide exceptional service experiences to our customers. As a Christmas Casual Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Offering professional and personalised service to customers, helping them find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires during the busiest time of the year.
  • Completing in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies and procedures.
  • Performing operational tasks, including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A results-oriented approach, with a passion for selling and achieving sales targets.
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are refreshed.
  • The flexibility to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays, including Boxing Day.
