Prouds Jewellers is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Christmas Casual Sales Professionals in the lead-up to and during the holiday season.

We are a family-oriented company that values quality products, customer service, and creating an enjoyable working culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, offering personalized service to find ideal jewellery or watches.
  • Complete in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.

About You:

  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You are results-driven, with a passion for selling and providing exceptional customer service.
  • You have good attention to detail and can work independently as well as part of a team.
