Customer Marketing Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our customer advocacy strategy. As the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will identify and nurture customer advocates, turning them into passionate brand champions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer advocacy program, fostering relationships with potential advocates and empowering them to share their positive experiences.
  • Lead initiatives to generate social proof through online reviews, case studies, testimonials, and other forms of customer validation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end reporting of customer advocacy initiatives against key metrics, collaborating with technical stakeholders to optimize program performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class customer experience throughout the implementation process and beyond.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Customer Marketing Specialists, promoting a high-performance culture and driving their professional development.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including leadership and management roles in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, representing the company with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Experience driving social proof from a customer base of a SaaS product.
  • Expert analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience developing reporting on campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Comfortable testing and iterating on campaigns and running A/B tests.
  • A creative problem solver and critical thinker, with great attention to detail.
  • Degree qualified in marketing or a related field (desired).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote first work environment and meet agreed deadlines.
