Customer Advocate Lead

This role champions customer advocacy, ensuring customers are heard and treated fairly in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams to improve service delivery for customers, agents, brokers, and clients
  • Develop and implement the Partner Services Strategy in conjunction with the Leadership Team
  • Represent the organization in client/broker-facing meetings and participate in new business pitches
  • Sit on the Leadership Team and contribute to strategy development, risk management, and issues management
  • Coach Senior Managers and Team Leaders in Change Management and messaging
  • Collaborate with Sales GMs for timely sales processing

Requirements:

  • Proven success in leading large teams
  • Demonstrated results in building people capability and engagement
  • Experience managing third-party stakeholders and agreements
  • Influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams
  • Extensive experience in Health/Financial Services and/or Customer Service industries at a senior level
