Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present meals that meet culinary standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and wastage.
  • Investigate and report on any discrepancies in inventory or finances.
  • Evaluate and maintain the cleanliness and safety of back-of-house areas.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hold relevant Certificate III Cookery qualifications.
  • Achieve Food Quality & Safety Control standards.
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership skills with experience in guiding diverse teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
