Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our childcare centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to children aged 6 months to 5 years.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operation of the centre, including staff management, budget control, and communication with parents and stakeholders. They will also be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits

The successful candidate will be rewarded with an attractive salary between $42k - $50k based on Centre Manager experience, plus a $4K location allowance. They will also receive access to an incentive program providing an annual bonus of up to 12.5% of annual base salary, as well as other benefits such as:
