Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Narrandera is seeking a dedicated Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator with a commitment to providing excellence in care, to join their team. The successful applicant will possess a passion for high quality care and education and preferably be available Monday to Friday.

The service operates 6:30am-6pm and is licensed for 85 places, catering for 0 to 5-year-olds.

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Diploma qualification
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Child protection training
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Understanding of the NQS and National Quality Framework
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards, and requirements
  • A passion and enthusiasm for learning and a desire to create warm and inviting learning spaces for children
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to demonstrate strong skills in observing, programming & planning, to meet children's individual needs.
