Area Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to join our team. This is a high growth role that offers the chance to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our services.

This opportunity is perfect for those with a background in childcare or OSHC who are looking to take their career to the next level. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing embedded practice across services, implementing our way of programming, safety, quality and compliance, and coaching and mentoring teams to improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry, strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations, and excellent leadership and communication skills. They will also have a current first aid certificate and a driver's license, as well as the ability to visit multiple centres in their region.
