We are seeking motivated and proactive individuals to join our team as we partner with Sydney Water to deliver design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services across the Southern Region of Sydney.

As a member of our team, you will have opportunities for career growth and skill development, working on various projects including the renewal of mechanical, electrical, and civil water and wastewater network assets.

  • Work across Illawarra areas, Dapto, Calderwood and Yallah
  • 6-year full time work (full time EBA wage)

Primary Purpose

You will be part of crews ranging from 5 to 20 team members, working on both existing and new assets. A commitment to fostering a positive team culture is essential, along with experience in maintaining high safety standards, protecting the environment, and engaging positively with the community.

Requirements

To be considered for these positions, applicants must possess a valid NSW White Card and NSW Driver's Licence (truck drivers are required to hold at least a minimum MR licence, and operators must have a Statement of Attainment). Recent hands-on experience with construction or civil projects is essential.

Benefits

Favourable permanent hourly rates based on experience, including overtime, leave entitlements and benefits. Solid induction and training provided, together with development for future growth and opportunities.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview with the hiring managers. Selected candidates will then be required to undertake a full health assessment, including functional, drug and alcohol testing, police clearance, right to work and reference checks.
