Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Operations Specialist to support clients in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes (AKS) and Azure, with a proven ability to work across the full software development lifecycle.

  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into cloud solutions using Azure.
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines tailored to client environments using Azure DevOps.
  • Support containerized applications using Kubernetes (AKS) in client infrastructure.
  • Provide end-to-end environment support—from development to production—ensuring system reliability and availability.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis during critical production incidents.
  • Automate environment provisioning and deployments using infrastructure-as-code tools (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform).
  • Share best practices and mentor client teams on cloud tools, processes, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Providing expert-level technical guidance and support to client teams.
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their professional growth.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including Azure and AKS.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
