For this Senior Cloud Operations Engineer role, you will be responsible for maintaining cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation. This involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud resources to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of supporting and managing AWS Cloud environments is required, along with proficiency in automation using PowerShell or Bash scripting. Experience with AWS native tools, including AWS CodeCommit, CodeBuild, and CodePipeline, is also essential. Additionally, hands-on experience with RHEL-based Linux and Windows OS is necessary.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of security best practices, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong customer support experience and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels are also vital.

A collaborative mindset and experience in building relationships with business and technology stakeholders are highly desirable. Managed Services and ITIL experience would be an added advantage.
