To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A valid NSW Security license
  • Proven customer service experience with a positive attitude
  • The ability to assess potential incidents and mitigate risks effectively
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • A mature approach to your work
  • Proficiency in PC skills for report writing
  • Intermediate keyboard and computer skills
  • Previous experience in similar roles such as Gatehouse Security

All personnel are direct employees of KTP Security and are compensated in accordance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • A valid NSW Security license
  • A current First Aid certificate
  • Presentation matters
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts
  • Must also be available to work nights/weekends
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingsness to participate in further training and inductions where required

This role requires:

  • Customer service experience
  • Incident assessment and risk mitigation
  • Report compilation and completion
  • Excellent communication and written skills
