Job Title: Gatehouse Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, customer-friendly and fast-learning individual to join our operations team. As a gatehouse operator, you will enjoy the security of a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating stock departures and deliveries from the gatehouse
  • Liaising with customers and tow truck drivers regarding vehicle delivery and pickup
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by cataloguing stock correctly
  • Following all workplace health and safety policies and procedures as required
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth branch operation
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • High attention to detail
  • Competent verbal and written communication skills
  • BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS/ABILITY TO USE AN IPAD
  • Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
