  • $27.91 p/h + super + applicable shift loading
  • Work in a secure, professional environment
  • Stable roster - 6:30 am to 4:30pm

About the Role:

MSS Security is seeking Full-Time Security Officers for a car park gatehouse position in the Sydney CBD.

This is a static role, based at the entry/exit point of a secure car park. You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors. Your focus will be on access control, safety, and providing excellent customer service.

Main Duties

  • Monitor and control entry/exit of vehicles and people
  • Operate access control systems and check IDs/passes
  • Keep accurate records of visitors and vehicle movements
  • Conduct regular checks of the gatehouse and nearby areas
  • Provide clear directions and assistance to visitors
  • Respond calmly and professionally to any incidents or enquiries

What You Need:

  • NSW Security Licence
  • Certificate II in Security Operations
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Comfortable working alone at a static post
  • Basic computer skills
