Optimizing Financial Processes Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shared Services Manager to oversee and optimize our finance shared services function across Australia and New Zealand.
This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who can manage a team of finance professionals, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of finance professionals to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Streamlining finance processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Overseeing the processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other related activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience managing a shared services function.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
