Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Applications Support Analyst/Functional Consultant to join our team. As the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of this ERP system across our organization.

  • Provide technical support for our organisational systems, initially Dynamics F&O and later with MS Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM, Field Services), HR (Dayforce), Rostering, Operational and Clinical systems
  • Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules using configurations, workflows, and basic customisation tools to meet evolving business needs
  • Offer technical expertise for issue resolution, including complex and escalated problems
  • Manage application security roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access and data integrity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Demonstrated technical experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques – Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O)
  • Degree qualified in a relevant Information Technology discipline
  • 3-5 years' demonstrated experience in supporting and maintaining organisational systems
  • Experience building solutions using MS D365 best practices and deploying D365 solutions to higher environments
  • Strong understanding of systems integration principles across business applications, including MS Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, Field Services)
