Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Service Operations Analyst to join our IT Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 24x7 enterprise monitoring across our properties and key business systems, applications, and services to ensure maximum uptime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform planned/scheduled tasks as part of change requests, including monthly patching of servers, stopping/starting of services, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide first and second-level support and guidance to resolve incidents at first contact.
  • Maintain quality standards and service level commitments according to business requirements and expectations.
  • Proactively monitor and correctly use the Service-Now tool to manage incidents, changes, and requests.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service focus with a realistic viewpoint on timeframes and limitations of environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the support of high-performing and highly available systems is desired.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • An IT degree is desired but not essential.

You have strong mentorship skills and lead by example to create a positive environment within your team. You possess a strong work ethic, understand the importance of accountability, and have superb written and verbal communication skills.
