The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Conduct thorough budgeting and cash flow analysis and forecasting to ensure the company's financial stability.

• Structure and analyze profit and loss information to identify areas for improvement.

• Gather and verify information for BAS and CTR submissions to ensure accuracy.

Investment Analysis and Decision-Making

• Analyze labor costs and cost of goods sold to make informed decisions about investments in machinery and equipment.

• Identify opportunities for investment in other Oakberry Corporate shops or business ventures and present relevant financial information to shareholders.

Financial Record-Keeping and Compliance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including shareholder investments, payouts, and loans.

• Analyze contracts for renewal or renegotiation, including real estate and insurance agreements.

• Ensure the company remains solvent and compliant with all financial obligations, including ATO requirements.

Dividend Distribution and Planning

• Plan and apply dividend distributions to shareholders in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial administration or a related field.

• Knowledge of bilateral taxation agreements between Australia and Brazil.
