Job Description

The primary function of this position is to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as a Registered Nurse in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

This involves providing supervision and support to less experienced clinicians to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating care delivery, prioritizing workload and maintaining integrity and accountability throughout their practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care that aligns with best practices and promotes positive patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team using information technology and professional interpersonal skills.
  • Apply critical thinking and evidence-based practice to advocate for individualized, patient-centered care.
  • Lead and coordinate care delivery, ensuring efficient workload management and maintaining integrity and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential.

Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of nursing care within a multidisciplinary team are required.

Recent clinical experience relevant to the position is also necessary.

Ability to prioritize and organize workload, delivering care with integrity and accountability, is expected.
