The Enrolled Nurse plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a respectful and professional manner, upholding the rights of individuals and groups.
- Effective clinical communication skills, utilizing information technology, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve conflict situations by managing emotional responses and interacting with others in a personable and professional manner.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancing skills.
- Knowledge of and ability to work within a person-centered approach to nursing, embracing change in care delivery.
- Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice, with recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
