Auditing and Financial Services Manager

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our accounting team as an Auditing and Financial Services Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, performing accurate bank and credit card reconciliations, implementing effective debtor control and collection strategies, assisting in monthly Profit & Loss reviews, and providing general administration support.
This is a great opportunity to utilize your financial management skills and experience to ensure the smooth operation of our accounting department.
About You:
We are looking for someone with:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounts officer role;
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite;
- Previous office administration experience;
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor;
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
