Customer Service Reviewer Opportunity

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to participate in retail outlet assessments and provide valuable feedback to clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent observation skills, strong communication abilities, and reliable access to the internet.

As a Customer Service Reviewer, you will pose as a customer and make detailed observations about your experience. You will then complete a survey online about the experience.

This work involves visiting retail outlets, observing store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, etc. The assignments offered will depend on your availability, ability to successfully complete the tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.

Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. For over 20 years, our organization has been helping leading retail brands understand the customer experience they deliver.

You can contribute to providing valuable feedback to our clients by becoming a Customer Service Reviewer.
