We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Public Service Experience Collector. This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with people and gathering data.

As a Public Service Experience Collector, you will be responsible for collecting data from the public while on transit using a questionnaire and methodology. The collected data will be used to develop reports for client-centric strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to understand and follow correct procedures with minimal errors. They should also have a strong interest in the data collection process and adherence to data integrity.

Apart from technical skills, we look for individuals with adaptability to work in dynamic environments and across various field research programs. Punctuality, respectfulness, and professional presentation are also essential qualities for this role.
