Estee Lauder Companies Seeking a Retail LeaderAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Counter Manager in Sydney. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and coach a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and deliver outstanding customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing business plans to recruit and retain customers through targeted marketing initiatives, impactful events, and exceptional customer relationship management. You will also have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to achieve sales and customer service targets.

This is an ideal opportunity for ambitious self-starters with a flair for business planning and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential. If you have experience in cosmetics retail management, leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales and customer service targets, we encourage you to apply.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a benefits package including progressive career opportunities, outstanding training and development, and a remuneration package that reflects your value to the company.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
