Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the consulting manager with administrative tasks, including preparing client files and beverages.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, including answering questions and scheduling appointments.
  • Collaborate with the medical aesthetics team to ensure the highest level of care and satisfaction for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client consultations and treatments.
  • Stay informed on the latest medical aesthetics trends, products, and treatments, and provide clients with expert advice and recommendations.
