
Residential Administrator

Seeking a dedicated administrator to provide long-term residential support to individuals experiencing homelessness and disability.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with frontline support staff and management to deliver an outstanding level of service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to ensure the highest standard of service delivery
- Assisting program managers with revenue accounting tasks
- Participating in line supervision and attending monthly administration team meetings
This role requires relevant business qualifications, demonstrated experience in administration, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in IT systems.
A high-level understanding of time management and organisational skills is also essential.
The successful candidate will possess a Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration and have a Victorian Driver's Licence.
About The RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, based in Footscray VIC.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 3 Award.
