Job Overview

We're seeking a talented professional to contribute to the development of distinct project portions under regular supervision from Project Leadership.

This role requires initiative, process innovation, problem-solving, and decision quality with high attention to precision and accuracy at a task-specific level.

Key responsibilities include producing and coordinating presentation and contract deliverables such as diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, physical models, and animations.

Effective communication is essential for both internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration and knowledge sharing are key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong conceptual design ability and an intermediate understanding of building materials, systems, specifications, codes, details, and construction techniques.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, parametric, and rendering software, as well as Adobe Suite, is required.

A professional degree in Architecture or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities, is necessary.

Professional licensure process in progress; green building rating system accreditation preferred.
